In July 2008, Bournemouth got its first Southern Fried Chicken Restaurant and has been serving 2,500 customers a week for over 10 years now!

Thanks to attention to details on the foods and customer relationships that Zak Marstani – the franchisee – has built up, this has now put him in a position to consider expanding his business with an additional store.
